All soups begin with a bowl of udon noodles (large flour noodles) in a seasoned fish broth with Japanese vegetables.

Soba (buckwheat noodles) may be substituted for the udon noodles.

Tempura udon (topped with 2 pieces of shrimp tempura)---$6.50

Nabeyaki udon (topped with 1 piece of shrimp tempura & an egg)---$7.25

Vegetable nabeyaki udon (all veggies)---$7.25

Yamakake udon (topped with mountain potato)---$7.50

Kamo udon (topped with duck breast)---$7.50

Niku udon (topped with sliced beef)---$6.25
